Fantastic communication, gorgeous hand-written calligraphy card, and the pictures sent of the flowers meant I was able to see exactly how they turned out, and they are perfect! UK florists don't do this! Recipient has also sent a note saying how beautiful they are, so not one but two very happy customers as a result! Thank you
