Wow! Ordered the '50 shades of pink' arrangement for family member in US (I'm based in UK). Fantastic communication, gorgeous hand-written calligraphy card, and the pictures sent of the flowers meant I was able to see exactly how they turned out, and they are perfect! UK florists don't do this! Recipient has also sent a note saying how beautiful they are, so not one but two very happy customers as a result! Thank you
